By accessing or using ReadyRoad's website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

ReadyRoad provides a dual-sided vehicle safety and service platform including QR-based emergency contact stickers, SOS alerts, and a hyper-local marketplace for automotive services such as towing, tyre repair, battery replacement, and roadside assistance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your vehicle and emergency contact details up to date.

• Do not misuse the QR safety or SOS features for false emergencies
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Do not use the marketplace for fraudulent transactions
• Do not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

ReadyRoad connects vehicle owners with independent service vendors. While we verify partners, we are not liable for the quality, timing, or outcome of third-party services. Disputes between users and vendors should be reported to our support team.

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on ReadyRoad are owned by INRperk Technology Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

ReadyRoad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including delays in emergency response or service delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
