Welcome to ReadyRoad. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReadyRoad mobile application, website, and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using the ReadyRoad platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By registering an account or using any ReadyRoad service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or legally authorized to use the Services.
• The information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.
• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

ReadyRoad may provide services including, but not limited to:

• FASTag issuance and activation
• Vehicle verification (KYV)
• Customer verification (KYC), where applicable
• GPS Tracker services
• Emergency QR Tag services
• Roadside Assistance (RSA)
• Vehicle-related digital services
• Other products and services introduced from time to time

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities performed using your account.
• Providing accurate and updated personal and vehicle information.

ReadyRoad may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

Certain services require mandatory verification. You agree to:

• Submit genuine KYC and KYV documents.
• Cooperate with video KYC, biometric verification, or DigiLocker verification where required.
• Allow ReadyRoad to verify submitted information with banks, financial institutions, government authorities, or authorized verification partners.

Providing false or forged documents may result in service rejection, account suspension, or legal action.

• All prices are displayed before purchase.
• Payments must be completed through approved payment methods.
• Applicable taxes, fees, and government charges may apply.
• Successful payment does not guarantee service approval if verification requirements are not satisfied.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the ReadyRoad Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Certain services, including activated FASTags, GPS services, and digital products, may not be eligible for refunds after activation.

You agree not to:

• Submit fake, misleading, or forged information.
• Use another person's identity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

ReadyRoad strives to provide uninterrupted services but does not guarantee continuous availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance
• Banking or NPCI systems
• Payment gateway issues
• Government systems
• Technical failures beyond ReadyRoad's control

Some services may involve third-party providers, including:

• Banks
• Payment gateways
• NPCI
• Government portals
• GPS service providers

ReadyRoad is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party systems.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and materials available through ReadyRoad are the property of ReadyRoad or its licensors.

No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the ReadyRoad Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such collection and processing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyRoad shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business
• Data loss
• Delays caused by banks, government authorities, NPCI, payment gateways, or network providers
• User errors, including incorrect document uploads or inaccurate information

ReadyRoad reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent activities are detected.
• Regulatory or legal requirements require suspension.
• User information is found to be false or misleading.

You agree to indemnify and hold ReadyRoad, its employees, partners, directors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat.

ReadyRoad may revise these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on the ReadyRoad App or official website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
