01Subscription Plans
ReadyRoad offers subscription plans that include QR safety sticker activation, emergency contact services, marketplace access, and premium features. Plan details, pricing, and inclusions are displayed at the time of purchase on our website or mobile app.
02Billing & Payment
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
- Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services
03QR Sticker Delivery
Physical QR safety stickers are shipped to the address provided during subscription. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within India. You can track your order status using Track Your Order.
04Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.
05Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if the QR sticker has not been activated
- No refunds for partial billing periods after activation
06Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
07Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Marketplace service availability depends on partner coverage in your area.
